NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte called for caution regarding a possible peace agreement for Ukraine, as, he said, no one "can trust" Russian President Vladimir Putin.
As reported by RND, the agreement should be formulated so that adhering to it is in the interest of Russia and its president. As he claimed, there can be no trust in Vladimir Putin; "more caution is needed."
Rutte called for the situation to be arranged so that Moscow "never dares to attack, because the consequences would be devastating."
