Anestidis bomb on BNtv: I have been vindicated by the European Public Prosecutor's Office - I will bury them in lawsuits for slandering my name!

Agricultural unionist Kostas Anestidis was scathing in his remarks on the web TV show "MAGGA" on BankingNews.gr (BNtv), after being cleared and declared innocent by the European Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the charges brought against him. Speaking to journalist Angie Stathatou, he stated that it is now proven that "the accusations against me were a plot to slander my name because I was speaking out about the scams at OPEKEPE." He added, "Now I will bury them in lawsuits and legal actions; I will not leave a single person who threw mud at me unscathed!" Paradoxically, the acquittal decision is being delayed in its formal written issuance, and as if by magic, he was sent for a new audit by the Court of Audit, even though the land plots he declared have both ATAK and KAEK identification numbers. "How long will Mitsotakis' revenge against me continue just because I told the truth? Whoever speaks out is silenced, as happened with the Tempi tragedy. Even Grigoris Varras, who was speaking out, was taken to the Maximos Mansion to be silenced," he says.

Tragicomic AADE document on returning "unduly paid" funds to farmers – "They are idiots!"

Amidst all this, Kostas Anestidis reveals that the chaos at the AADE, the successor to OPEKEPE, continues. He presented a document sent to thousands of farmers demanding the return of amounts as "unduly paid" without providing any explanation. It does not state which agricultural plot is concerned, nor what the error in the OSDE declaration is. Furthermore, they are asked to file an objection if they disagree. Disagree with what? "The government is run by 40-year-olds who have no idea what they are doing and no clue about agricultural issues. Most of them are idiots and don't know how to govern," the unionist emphasizes. The party at OPEKEPE continues! As for the party at OPEKEPE, it carries on, as Mr. Anestidis describes, along with payments for fake animal feed invoices for "invisible" goats, sheep, and cattle! "They might have even declared fields in Albania," the unionist claims.

I insulted Mitsotakis off-air and someone was recording

Kostas Anestidis describes as a setup the incident where he unleashed insults against Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, as he says this happened before going "on air," and someone recorded it maliciously. "They didn't want me to go to the Maximos Mansion because I know too much. I was an old member of New Democracy, but now, in the B' Thessaloniki district, the ruling party won't even get 25% of the farmers' vote, because it has become a hodgepodge of PASOK members and Karatzaferis' associates!" What is happening with the 2026 OSDE declarations? When will they open? Are there still unpaid balances owed to farmers and livestock breeders from 2025? What is happening with the Mercosur agreement and the salmonella-tainted chickens that arrived in Greece?
