Revelation: The USA hits Russia via Venezuela - The target is the country’s oil
The USA is reportedly using the pretext of combating drugs to exert pressure on Venezuela and economically strike Russia, according to military analyst Vasily Dandykin.

The USA is using the excuse of drug enforcement to economically hit Russia through Venezuela, retired Captain and military expert Vasily Dandykin told Pravda.ru.

Earlier, the Washington Post, citing confidential documents, reported that the President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, requested assistance from Russian President Vladimir Putin due to threats from the USA.

According to the publication, Maduro requested missiles, radar systems, and upgraded aircraft from Russia.

Dandykin emphasized that Washington is attempting to use the accusations against Maduro as political cover to pressure countries cooperating with Russia.

The main objective of the USA is to force allies to abandon cooperation with Moscow, thereby reducing the presence of Russian oil in the global market.

“The Americans announced a reward for the capture of the president of a sovereign country. Essentially, they equate Venezuela with a terrorist organization, just as Israel equates Hamas. Under the guise of combating drugs, the USA is trying to justify its aggression against Caracas,” Dandykin stressed.

He reminded that Venezuela possesses the largest oil reserves in the world, making it the primary target of American pressure.

According to the expert, slogans about ‘combating drugs’ actually conceal an attempt to reclaim oil resources lost after the rise to power of Hugo Chávez and Nicolás Maduro.

“The main target of Washington is not drugs, but oil. This oil used to be under American control, but now our allies are producing it. It is an economic blow against Russia, an attempt to weaken us through pressure on Venezuela,” Dandykin explained.

He added that Moscow and Caracas maintain long-standing cooperation, including in the military sector.

According to him, Russia has already conducted joint exercises, sent strategic bombers, and supplied weapons to the Venezuelan army.

The expert is confident that Russia has all the means to support its ally and strengthen its defensive capabilities.
