Much has been written and said about the Personal Number (Citizen Identification Number) and digital IDs. While the packaging looks appealing... having everything on each person's mobile phone and including all necessary data... we will nevertheless focus on three issues that do not concern conspiracy theories or have a religious background.
1) Is it necessary to include the citizen's financial details?
2) Is it necessary to include health details?
3) Is it necessary to link all of this to each person's bank accounts?
What applies abroad and why concern is widespread...
The Personal Number, as an element of identification and aggregation of a person's entire profile, is not inherently negative if... the ultimate objective is not total control and punishment of citizens who express a dissenting opinion.
Let us recall the perspectives of Nigel Farage in Britain. We recall that NatWest closed his accounts partly due to his beliefs... a major controversy ensued, and ultimately NatWest was forced to apologize...
Thus, we see an attempt was made to silence him through freezing bank accounts, an unthinkable act.
We are 100% against any connection between bank accounts and a citizen's opinions or views; we also consider it unacceptable for a bank to freeze citizens' accounts...
Social Credit System
In China, as is known, a Personal Number and the Social Credit System are in place; without these, no citizen in China can function in everyday normalcy...
There are numerous issues in China, and the communist regime has imposed strict discipline, but the problems for many are outrageously numerous...
Will the unvaccinated be victims tomorrow?
Tomorrow a new pandemic breaks out, will a citizen who is not vaccinated appear as such on their Personal Number?
If so, it is unthinkably unacceptable.
We recall that regarding Covid vaccines, citizens became aware, and the majority found they were misled... fear was instilled in citizens, followed by manipulation.
The coercive act of forcing the elderly to pay fines because they were not vaccinated was a dishonorable act.
Is the Personal Number linked to tax and EFKA audits?
Suppose you owe €5,000 to the tax authority while having €5,000 in the bank.
Will the system in the future be able to audit you, freeze banking transactions, and force you to settle your debts before unblocking the account?
And while tax compliance is indisputably a patriotic duty, coercion is a dishonorable act.
Conclusion
Past and international experience shows us that everything is done for our own good, yet ultimately works against us.
For now, we are not convinced of the usefulness of the Personal Number, as we suspect deeper motives and therefore remain cautious.
For now, we will not obtain it... especially those of us who are compliant and do not owe a single euro anywhere...
